Cole Hemstreet is an American singer, songwriter and producer from Longmont, Colorado. Inspired by the PlayStation 2 Guitar Hero franchise, Cole began playing guitar at the age of nine and forming bands with classmates. After seeing of the possibilities of bedroom production through exposure to hip-hop and electronic music in college, Cole’s current sound began to take shape. Think the guitar oriented songwriting sensibilities of early 2000’s rock (The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys) meets ‘Lo-fi’ hip hop production techniques (J Dilla, Nujabes).
Since releasing his debut EP Phasing in April 2022, Cole has garnered a following where he is based in Denver, CO; including frequent radio play and headlining The Roxy Theatre in early 2023.
